Indications:-Constipation, Gas/Flatulence, Natural Laxative.
Precautions- Fried food, Low fibre diet, Spicy Food, Junk Food.
Diet:- Salad, fresh fruit, plenty of water, green leafy vegetables.
Dose:- 1-2 teaspoon at bed time with luke warm water/milk.
